I started dieting on May 15, 2020. I have lost 4 pounds since beginning this journey. Today I want to work on establishing my new online courses business.
Introducing My Psych Teacher
We’re off and running. You can follow us on Facebook and Twitter. Yesterday, I applied for an LLC. It should go through in a few weeks. I decided to expand the business from selling a few courses to becoming an online university specializing in psychology education. I have some experience creating such a robust website.
I have begun creating content for two mental health and wellness courses. I plan to launch these and other courses created by then, in time for the Fall 2020 semester. Here is what I’ve developed so far.

Mental Health and Wellness Courses
“The experience I have had is that once you start talking about [experiencing a mental health struggle], you realize that actually you’re part of quite a big club.” — Prince Harry
According to the World Health Organization, mental wellness is defined as “a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.”
The Mental Health and Wellness Department at My Psych Teacher offers scholarship and training for and about mental health and wellness. Learn about disorders and treatment, self-help, and life-changing programs. Successful students earn a course completion certificate. Our online courses provide an interactive curriculum that is comparable to instructor-led online courses offered at the college level.
All courses are currently under construction. Next enrollment date: Monday, August 3, 2020. Scroll down to browse upcoming courses.
