Last night I was up late doing copyright research. I forgot all about dieting. I found that that since I am my Dad’s sole heir, and he left no other will, I have inherited his greatest treasure – all of his creative works including his almost twenty books. I want to revise and re-publish them with the latest psychology research. I would also like to someday re-open the center that he built for training.

I think I finally went to bed at 5:00 am this morning. Had to get up at 9:45 for church. It was announced today that this will be our last Sunday in residence until further notice, so services will be hosted on Facebook.

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, July 18, I still weighed in at 249 pounds – one pound less than the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 5 pounds and gained 4 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, July 25th.

  • Total 10:44 am Breakfast Calories = 280 (220 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 12:50 pm Lunch (500 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water (8.45 fl oz) – 0 calories
  • 1 Pkg. of Animal Crackers – 110 calories
  • Total 12:50 pm Lunch Calories = 110 (390 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 2 pm Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • 1 Pkg. of Strawberry Fruit Snacks – 80 calories
  • Total 2 pm Snack Calories = 80 (20 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 4:00 pm Dinner (500 calories allotted)

  • 1 Bowl of Vegetables and Sausage – 400 calories
  • 1 Pkg. of Animal Crackers – 110 calories
  • Total 12:11 pm Snack Calories = 510 (10 calories over allotment)

Sunday, 6:00 pm Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 6:00 pm Snack Calories = 0 (100 calories under allotment!)

Sunday, 8:00 pm Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 4:30 pm Snack Calories = 0 (100 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 10:00 pm Bedtime Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 10:00 pm Bedtime Snack Calories = 0 (100 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 280 + 110 + 80 + 510 + 0 + 0 = 980 as of 8:20 pm. YES! Under 2,000!
