Eat This Much

I finally found an affordable meal generator – it has a free option. Check this out – Eat This Much allows you to get a meal plan that is customizable with how many total calories you want to eat in a day. You can choose a vegetarian or other type of diet. “Meals can have custom cook times, sizes, family members, and more. By creating a Free Account, you can track your intake, create custom foods/recipes, fine tune your taste profile, completely customize your nutrition targets.” They also have a premium plan that that won’t break the bank.

Best of Mental Health and Wellness,

Goodnight.
