My Daily Food Diary – Day (69) 35

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, July 18, I still weighed in at 249 pounds – one pound less than the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 5 pounds and gained 4 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, July 25th.

AM Notes

FRIDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Friday, 5:30 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water (8.45 fl oz) – 0 calories
  • 1/3 Bottle of Black Raspberry Sparkling Frost Water (5.66 fl oz) –  1.66 calories
  • 2 Pkgs. of Strawberry Oatmeal – 260 calories
  • 1/3 Can of Dole Very Cherry Fruit Cocktail – 60 calories
  • Total 5:30 am Breakfast Calories = 321.66 (178.34 calories under allotment)

Friday, 9:00 am Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • 2/3 Can of Dole Very Cherry Fruit Cocktail – 120 calories
  • 1 Snack Sick of Cheddar Cheese – 80 calories
  • Total 8:30 am Snack Calories = 200 (100 calories over allotment)

Friday, 11:00 am Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 10:30 am Snack Calories = 0 (100 calories under allotment)

Friday, 1:10 pm Lunch (500 calories allotted)

  • 1/3 Bottle of Black Raspberry Sparkling Frost Water (5.66 fl oz) –  1.66 calories
  • 1 Cup of Tuna Salad – 383 calories
  • 8 Ritz Crackers – 120 calories
  • Total 1:10 pm Snack Calories = 504.66 (4.66 calories over allotment)

Friday, 3:45 pm Snack (100 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/7 Bottle of Sunny D – 60 calories
  • 1 Pkg. of Animal Crackers – 110 calories
  • 2 Pcs. of Trident Splash Gum – 10 calories
  • Total 3:45 pm Snack Calories = 180 (80 calories over allotment)

Friday, 6:00 pm Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • 1 Twix Ice Cream Bar – 250 calories
  • Cheese Puffs – 300 calories
  • Total 6:00 pm Snack Calories = 550 (450 calories over allotment)

Friday, 8:00 pm Dinner (2,0001,746.32 calories so far = 253.68 calories allotted)

  • 1 Plate of Chicken Stir Fry With Rice – 350 calories
  • Total 8:00 pm Dinner Calories = 350 (96.32 calories over allotment)

Friday, 10:00 pm Bedtime Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 10:00 pm Bedtime Snack Calories = 0 (100 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 321.66 + 200 + 0 + 504.66 + 170 + 550 + 350 + 0 = 2,096.32 as of 8:00 pm. Much better than yesterday.
