My Daily Food Diary – Day (70) 36

Current Weigh In: As of today, Saturday, July 25, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 5 pounds and gained 5 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 1.

AM Notes

SATURDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Saturday, 4:00 am Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • 1 Strawberry Jell-O Snack Cup – 70 calories
  • Total 4:00 am Snack Calories = 70 (30 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 10:40 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted)

  • 1 Can of Peaches – 350 calories
  • Cheese Puffs – 150 calories
  • Total 10:40 am Snack Calories = 500 (0 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 12:30 pm Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • 1/7 Bottle of Tangy Original Sunny D – 60 calories
  • 4 oz of Lemonade – 100 calories
  • Total 12:30 pm Snack Calories = 160 (60 calories over allotment)

Saturday, 3:00 pm Lunch (500 calories allotted)

  • 4 oz of Lemonade – 100 calories
  • 1 1/4 Pieces of Louisiana Style Fried Catfish – 248.75 calories
  • 1 Baked Potato With Margarine – 170 calories
  • Total 3:00 pm Lunch Calories = 418.75 (81.25 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 6:00 pm Snack (250 calories allotted: 1/2 of dinner instead of dinner)

  • 1 Twix Ice Cream Bar – 250 calories
  • Total 6:00 pm Snack Calories = 250 (0 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 8:00 pm Snack (250 calories allotted: 1/2 of dinner instead of dinner)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 8:00 pm Snack Calories = 0 (0 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 10:00 pm Bedtime Snack (250 (from 1/2 of dinner) + 100 Snack = 350 calories allotted)

  • 1 Can of Del Monte Very Cherry Mixed Fruit – 280 calories
  • Total 10:00 pm Bedtime Snack Calories = 280 (70 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 70 + 500 + 160 + 418.75 + 250 + 0 + 280 = 1,678.75 as of 9:33 pm. Well under 2,000 before bedtime.
