Current Weigh In: As of today, Saturday, July 25, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 5 pounds and gained 5 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 1.
AM Notes

- Take daily vitamins. I take a Nutrilite Women’s Pack everyday.
- Listen to music.
- Post a daily devotional.
- Update my portfolio.
- Serve up some psychology on a Mental Platter.

- Total 10:00 pm Bedtime Snack Calories = 280 (70 calories under allotment)
Total Calories Consumed: 70 + 500 + 160 + 418.75 + 250 + 0 + 280 = 1,678.75 as of 9:33 pm. Well under 2,000 before bedtime.
