My Daily Food Diary – Day (73) 39
Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, July 25, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 5 pounds and gained 5 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 1.
AM Notes
- Take morning meds.
- Take daily vitamins. I take a Nutrilite Women’s Pack everyday.
- Listen to music.
- Post a daily devotional.
- Update my portfolio.
- Serve up some psychology on a Mental Platter.
- Manage Courses.
- Work the party (’cause when we work, it’s a party).

Tuesday, 7:00 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted): at work
- 10 oz of Sugar Free Raspberry Lemonade – 7.5 calories
- 1 Banquet Brown N’Serve Pancake Breakfast With Sausage – 270 calories
- 1/2 of a Banana Nut Muffin – 185 calories
- 4 oz of Grapes – 52 calories
- Total 7:00 am Breakfast Calories = 514.5 (14.5 calories over allotment)
Tuesday, 12:30 am Lunch (500 + 1 Snack – Breakfast Leftover = 585.5 calories allotted)
- 10 oz of Sugar Free Raspberry Lemonade – 7.5 calories
- 1 Chef’s Salad With Dressing – 510 calories
- 4 oz of Grapes – 52 calories
- Total 12:30 pm Lunch Calories = 569.5 (16 calories under allotment)
Tuesday, 1:30 pm Snack (100 + 1 Snack + Lunch Leftover = 216 calories allotted)
- 4 oz of Almond Milk – 40 calories
- 3 Chocolate Chip Cookies – 210 calories
- Total 2:00 pm Snack Calories = 250 (34 calories over allotment)
Tuesday, 4:00 pm Snack (100 – 34 = 66 calories allotted)
- None – 0 calories
- Total 4:00 pm Snack Calories = 0 (66 calories under allotment)
Tuesday, 6:00 pm Dinner (500 + 2 Snacks + 4pm Leftover = 766 calories allotted)
Going off diet to celebrate 6 months work anniversary. Actually made it on the 23rd, but did not celebrate. This is the first time in ten years that I have worked a consecutive six months outside of the home. Prior, I would be hospitalized or otherwise debilitated after three months.
- 8 oz of Almond Milk – 80 calories
- 1/2 XL Beef and Bean Burrito – 680 calories
- 1/3 Can of Del Monte Very Cherry Fruit Cocktail – 100 calories
- 6 Chocolate Chip Cookies – 420 calories
- Total 6:00 pm Dinner Calories = 1,280 (514 calories over allotment)
