My Daily Food Diary – Day (74) 40

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, July 25, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 5 pounds and gained 5 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 1.

AM Notes

WEDNESDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Wednesday, 8:30 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted)

  • 3 Cups of captain Crunch Cereal – 450 calories
  • 1 Cup of 2% Milk – 130 calories
  • Total 8:30 am Breakfast Calories = 580 (80 calories over allotment)

Wednesday, 10:30 am Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 10:30 am Snack Calories = 0 (100 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 12:30 pm Lunch (500 calories allotted)

  • Don’t remember lunch. Just going to add 500 calories.
  • Total 12:30 pm Lunch Calories = 500 (0 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 2:30 pm Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 2:30 pm Snack Calories = 0 (100 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 4:30 pm Snack (100 + 2:30 pm = 200 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 4:30 pm Snack Calories = 0 (200 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 6:30 pm Dinner (500 + 4:30 pm = 700 calories allotted)

  • 2 oz of Lemonade – 30 calories
  • 1 Piece of Louisiana Style Fried Catfish – 199 calories
  • Baked Potato With Margarine – 170 calories
  • 1 Pkg of Peanut M&M’s – 250 calories
  • Total 6:30 pm Dinner Calories = 649 (51 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 7:30 pm Snack (100 + Dinner leftover = 151 calories allotted)

  • Corn Chips – 150 calories
  • Total 7:30 pm Snack Calories = 150 (1 calorie under allotment)

Wednesday, 10:00 pm Bedtime Snack (0 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 10:00 pm Bedtime Snack Calories = 0 (0 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 580 + 0 + 500 + 0 + 0 + 649 + 150 + 0 = 1,879 as of 10:02 pm.
