My Daily Food Diary – Day (75) 41
Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, July 25, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 5 pounds and gained 5 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 1.
AM Notes
- Take morning meds.
- Take daily vitamins. I take a Nutrilite Women’s Pack everyday.
- Listen to music.
- Post a daily devotional.
- Update my portfolio.
- Serve up some psychology on a Mental Platter.
- Manage Courses.
- Work the party (’cause when we work, it’s a party).
THURSDAY FOOD & DRINKS
Thursday, 7:30 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted):
- 12 oz of Strawberry Melon Brisk Iced Tea – 70 calories
- 1 Banquet Brown N’Serve Pancake Breakfast With Sausage – 270 calories
- 2 Frozen Strawberry Juice Bars – 120 calories
- Total 8:30 am Breakfast Calories = 460 (40 calories under allotment)
Thursday, 9:30 am Snack (100 + Breakfast leftover = 140 calories allotted): at work
- 1 Classic Strawberry Smoothie from Tim Buk Tu Coffeehouse – 250 calories
- Total 10:30 am Snack Calories = 250 (110 calories over allotment)
Thursday, 12:00 pm Lunch (500 – 9:30 overage = 390 calories allotted): at work
- 1/3 Bottle of Cranberry Juice – 100 calories
- 3/4 Bag of Mini Ritz Cheese Cracker Sandwiches – 337.5 calories
- Total 12:00 pm Lunch Calories = 437.5 (47.5 calories over allotment)
Thursday, 1:30 pm Snack (100 – Lunch overage = 52.5 calories allotted): at work
- None – 0 calories
- Total 2:30 pm Snack Calories = 0 (52.5 calories under allotment)
Thursday, 3:30 pm Snack (100 + 1:30 pm = 152.5 calories allotted)
- 1 Cup of Green Grapes – 104 calories
- 1 Crunchy Rice Roll – 38 calories
- Total 3:30 pm Snack Calories = 142 (10.5 calories under allotment)
- Total calories consumed as of 3:30 pm = 1,289.5
- Total calories remaining in 2,000 limit for dinner and 2 snacks = 710.5
- I stopped counting calories at this point because I plan to pull an all-nighter to get my web design portfolio up and running. I hope to land some side jobs.
Total Calories Consumed: 460 + 250 + 437.5 + 0 + 142 = 1,289.5 as of 3:42 pm.
