————— MY FOOD MEMO FOR FRIDAY, JULY 31, 2020 —————
Pulled an all-nighter to get my web design portfolio up and running. I hope to land some side jobs. I finally went to sleep around 5 am this morning. I launched my new website today at . This is where I will be collecting all of my creative works. I currently have over 50 websites, which is pretty difficult to manage alone. Plus, I will be taking classes this Fall and homeschooling my son. Before I get into a time crunch, I just want to get some things off of my plate and streamline my work process.

My Daily Food Diary – Day (76) 42
Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, July 25, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 5 pounds and gained 5 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 1.
AM Notes
- Take morning meds.
- Take daily vitamins. I take a Nutrilite Women’s Pack everyday.
- Listen to music.
- Post a daily devotional.
- Update my portfolio.
- Serve up some psychology on a Mental Platter.
- Manage Courses.
- Work the party (’cause when we work, it’s a party).
FRIDAY FOOD & DRINKS
Friday, Up All Night Breakfast (500 calories allotted):
- 3 Cups of Frosted Flakes Cereal – 300 calories
- 1 Cup of 2% Milk – 120 calories
- Total 8:30 am Breakfast Calories = 420 (60 calories under allotment)
- Went to sleep around 5 am.
Friday, 8:30 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted):
- 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
- 1 Banquet Brown N’Serve Pancake Breakfast With Sausage – 270 calories
- 8 oz of Almond Milk – 80 calories
- Total 8:30 am Breakfast Calories = 350 (150 calories under allotment)
- Working feverishly on my portfolio. Skipped 2 snack times and lunch.
Friday, 3:30 pm Snack (100 + 10:30 Snack + 12:30 Snack + 1:30 Lunch = 800 calories allotted)
- 1 Cup of Green Grapes – 104 calories
- 1/4 Bottle of Brisk Fruit Punch – 45 calories
- 1 Pkg. of Strawberry Fruit Snacks – 80 calories
- 7 Corn Chips – 75 calories
- Total 3:30 pm Snack Calories = 304 (496 calories under allotment)
Friday, 6:00 pm Dinner (100 + 3:30 pm leftover = 596 calories allotted)
- 16 oz of Tangy Original Sunny D – 120 calories
- Total 6:00 pm Dinner Calories = 120 (476 calories under allotment)
Friday, 8:00 pm Snack (100 + 6:00 pm leftover = 576 calories allotted)
- 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
- 1 XL Beef & Bean Burrito – 619 calories
- Total 6:00 pm Dinner Calories = 619 (43 calories over allotment)
- Total calories of 2,000 limit as of 9:26 pm = 1,813
Friday, 10:00 pm Bedtime Snack (100 – 8:00 pm Snack overage = 57 calories allotted)
- None – 0 calories
- Total 6:00 pm Dinner Calories = 0 (576 calories under allotment)
