— MY FOOD MEMO FOR SATURDAY, AUGUST 1, 2020

Pulled another all-nighter to get my portfolio website started. I launched it today at http://shenicargraham.com. This is where I will collect all of my creative works. I went to sleep around 4 am, woke up about 10 am, got a SubWay sandwich but did not eat it until 4:30 pm. I was still working on my portfolio all afternoon.

My Daily Food Diary – Day (77) 43

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 1, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 5 pounds and gained 5 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 8.

AM Notes

SATURDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Saturday, 4:30 pm Lunch (500 + 2 Snacks + Breakfast =  1,200 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 Bottle of Brisk Fruit Punch – 45 calories
  • 1/2 Chicken Bacon Melt Sandwich From SubWay – 550 calories
  • Total 4:30 pm Lunch Calories = 595 (605 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 6:30 pm Snack (100 + 4:30 pm leftover = 705 calories allotted)

  • Oatmeal Raisin Cookies – 400 calories
  • Total 6:30 pm Dinner Calories = 400 (305 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 8:30 pm Snack (100 + 6:30 pm leftover =  405 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  •  1 Chicken Pot Pie – 350 calories
  • Total 8:30 pm Dinner Calories = 350 (55 calories under allotment)

Friday, 10:00 pm Bedtime Snack (100 + 8:30 pm leftover = 155 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Apple Pie – 185 calorie
  • Total 6:00 pm Dinner Calories = 185 (30 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 595 + 400 + 350 + 185 = 1,530 as of 10:00 pm.
