I started dieting on May 15, 2020. Welcome to day 78 of my weight loss journey. I started the Beck Diet by Dr. Judith S. Beck on day 45. I lost 9 pounds, but also gained it back. The Beck Diet book days ended 2 days ago.

My Daily Food Diary – Day (78) 44
Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 1, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 5 pounds and gained 5 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 8.
AM Notes
- Take morning meds.
- Take daily vitamins. I take a Nutrilite Women’s Pack everyday.
- Listen to music.
- Post a daily devotional.
- Update my portfolio.
- Serve up some psychology on a Mental Platter.
- Manage Courses.
- Work the party (’cause when we work, it’s a party).
SUNDAY FOOD & DRINKS
Sunday, 5:30 am Snack (100 calories allotted)
- 2 Pkgs. of Strawberry Fruit Snacks – 160 calories
- Total 5:30 am Snack Calories = 160 (60 calories over allotment)
Sunday, 7:30 am Breakfast (500 – 5:30 am overage = 440 calories allotted)
- 2 Pkgs. of Instant Oatmeal With Raisins, Dates, and Almonds – 280 calories
- Total 7:30 am Breakfast Calories = 280 (160 calories under allotment)
- Went back to sleep after breakfast.
Sunday, 11:30 am Lunch (500 + 9:30 am leftover = 660 calories allotted)
- 3 Cups of captain Crunch Cereal – 450 calories
- 1 Cup of 2% Milk – 130 calories
- Total 6:00 pm Dinner Calories = 580 (80 calories under allotment)
Sunday, 4:30 pm Snack (100 + missed 2:30 pm Snack + 11:30 Lunch leftover = 280 calories allotted)
- 1 Pkg. of Strawberry Fruit Snacks – 80 calories
- Total 6:00 pm Dinner Calories = 80 (200 calories under allotment)
Sunday, 7:00 pm Dinner (500 + 4:30 pm Snack left over = 700 calories allotted)
- 8 oz of Strawberry Lemonade – 110 calories
- 2 Crab Rangoons – 176 calories
- 2 cups of Chicken & Bacon Salad Mix – 200 calories
- 4 Tbsp. of Dorothy Lynch Salad Dressing – 200 calories
- Total 6:00 pm Dinner Calories = 686 (14 calories under allotment)
Sunday, 8:00 pm Snack (100 + 7:00 pm Dinner leftover = 114 calories allotted)
- 1/2 Bottle of Sparkling Black Raspberry Frost Water (8.45 fl oz) – 2.5 calories
- 1 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup – 100 calories
- Total 8:00 pm Snack Calories = 102.5 (11.5 calories under allotment)
Sunday, 10:00 pm Snack (100 + 8:00 pm Snack leftover = 111.5 calories allotted)
- 1/2 Bottle of Sparkling Black Raspberry Frost Water (8.45 fl oz) – 2.5 calories
