I started dieting on May 15, 2020. Welcome to day 79 of my weight loss journey. I started the Beck Diet by Dr. Judith S. Beck on day 45. I lost 9 pounds, but also gained it back. The Beck Diet book days ended 3 days ago.

My Daily Food Diary – Day (78) 44
Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 1, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 5 pounds and gained 5 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 8.
AM Notes
- Take morning meds.
- Take daily vitamins. I take a Nutrilite Women’s Pack everyday.
- Listen to music.
- Post a daily devotional.
- Update my portfolio.
- Serve up some psychology on a Mental Platter.
- Manage Courses.
- Work the party (’cause when we work, it’s a party).
MONDAY FOOD & DRINKS
Worked from last night until about 3 or 4 am. Went to sleep without eating a snack. Woke up around 10 am because my therapist called. Had a phone appointment. After the call, worked on my portfolio some more. Then went grocery shopping – still hadn’t had breakfast or lunch and missed two snacks: felt tired. Finally had a big snack after getting home from the store.
Monday, 2:30 pm Snack (100 + Missed Breakfast + 2 Snacks = 800 calories allotted)
- 1/2 Bottle of Mango Pineapple Smoothie – 260
- 1 Pc. of Carrot Cake – 210 calories
- Total 2:30 pm Snack Calories = 470 (330 calories under allotment)
Sunday, 4:30 pm Lunch (500 + 2:30 pm leftover = 830 calories allotted)
- 1 Cup of Grapes – 102 calories
- Total 4:30 pm Lunch Calories = 102 (728 calories under allotment)
Sunday, 6:00 pm Dinner (500 + 4:30 pm Lunch leftover = 1,228 calories allotted)
- 1/2 Bottle of Mango Pineapple Smoothie – 260
- 12 – Pepperoni Totino’s Pizza Rolls – 440
- 2 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups – 200 calories
- Total 6:00 pm Dinner Calories = 900 (328 calories under allotment)
Sunday, 8:00 pm Snack (100 + 6:00 pm Dinner leftover = 428 calories allotted)
- 12 oz of Strawberry Lemonade – 220 calories
- 4 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls – 390 calories
- Total 8:00 pm Snack Calories = 610 (182 calories over allotment)
Sunday, 10:00 pm Snack (0 calories allotted)
- None – 0
- Total 10:00 pm Snack Calories = 0 (0 calories under allotment)
Total Calories Consumed: 470 + 102 + 900 + 610 = 2,082 as of 10:00 pm.
