started dieting on May 15, 2020. Welcome to day 83 of my weight loss journey. I started the Beck Diet by Dr. Judith S. Beck on day 45. I lost 9 pounds, but also gained it back. The Beck Diet book days ended 7 days ago.

My Daily Food Diary – Day (83) 49

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 1, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 9 pounds and gained 9 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 8.

FRIDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Friday, 11:00 am Brunch (500 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Bottle of BodyArmor Lyte – 10 calories
  • 1 Salad With Dressing – 230 calories
  • 1 Snickers Candy Bar – 250 calories
  • Total 11:00 am Brunch Calories = 490 (10 calories under allotment)

Friday, 1:30 pm Snack (100 + Brunch leftover = 110 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/2 Bottle of BodyArmor Lyte – 10 calories
  • Total 1:30 pm Snack Calories = 10 (100 calories under allotment)

Friday, 3:50 pm Snack (100 + 1:30 pm Snack leftover = 200 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/2 Bottle of BodyArmor Lyte – 10 calories
  • 1 Lg. Peach – 70 calories
  • Total 3:50 pm Snack Calories = 80 (120 calories under allotment)

Friday, 6:30 pm Dinner (500 + 3:50 pm Snack leftover = 620 calories allotted)

  • 1 Bottle of BodyArmor Lyte – 20 calories
  • 1 Lg. Peach – 70 calories
  • 1 Bowl of Grapes – 102 calories
  • Total 6:30 pm Dinner Calories = 192 (428 calories under allotment)

Friday, 8:30 pm Snack (100 + 6:30 pm Dinner leftover = 528 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 8:30 pm Snack Calories = 0 (528 calories under allotment)

Friday, 10:00 pm Snack (100 + 8:30 pm Snack leftover = 628 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 8:00 pm Dinner Calories = 0 (628 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 490 + 10 + 80 + 192 + 0 + 0 = 772 as of 10:30 pm.
