started dieting on May 15, 2020. Welcome to day 84 of my weight loss journey. I lost 9 pounds, but also gained it back. Yesterday, I had less than 1,000 calories all day and did not feel ill. I consider that a breakthrough at this point.

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 8, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 9 pounds and gained 9 pounds since beginning the Beck diet. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 15.

SATURDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Saturday, 6:00 am Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Frozen Strawberry Juice Bar – 60 calories
  • Total 6:00 am Snack Calories = 60 (40 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 8:30 am Snack (100 + 6:00 am Snack leftover = 140 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Bottle of BodyArmor Lyte – 10 calories
  • Total 8:30 am Breakfast Calories = 10 (130 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 9:30 am Breakfast (500 + 8:30 am Snack leftover = 630 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Cup of 2% Milk – 60 calories
  • 1 Cup of Captain Crunch Cereal – 150 calories
  • Total 9:30 am Breakfast Calories = 210 (420 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 11:30 am Snack (100 + 9:30 am Breakfast leftover = 520 calories allotted)

  • 1 Stick of Sugar Free Watermelon Extra gum – 5 calories
  • Total 11:30 am Snack Calories = 5 (515 calories under allotment)

  • 5 oz of 2% Milk – 75 calories
  • 1/2 Small Blueberry Bread Loaf – 440
  • 1/2 Lg. Peach – 35 calories

Saturday, 5:00 pm Dinner (500 + 4:00 pm Snack leftover = 1,030 calories allotted)

  • 12 Totino’s Pizza Rolls – 440 calories
  • 1 Bowl of Grapes – 102 calories
  • 1/2 Lg. Peach – 35 calories
