My Daily Food Diary – Day 85
Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 8, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 9 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 15.
AM Notes
- Take morning meds.
- Take daily vitamins. I take a Nutrilite Women’s Pack everyday.
- Listen to music.
- Post a daily devotional.
- Update my portfolio.
- Serve up some psychology on a Mental Platter.
- Manage Courses.
- Work the party (’cause when we work, it’s a party).

- 1/2 Bowl of Grapes – 51 calories
- 1 Snickers Bar – 250 calories

Sunday, 12:30 pm Snack (100 + 9:30 am Breakfast leftover = 279 calories allotted)
- 1/3 Bottle of Brisk Strawberry Melon Juice – 64 calories
- 1/2 Large Peach – 35 calories
- Total 12:30 pm Snack = 99 (180 calories under allotment)
Sunday, 2:30 pm Snack (100 + 12:30 pm Snack leftover = 280 calories allotted)
