My Daily Food Diary – Day 85

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 8, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 9 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 15.

SUNDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Sunday, 9:30 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted)

  • 1 Bottle of BodyArmor Watermelon Water – 20 calories
  • 1/2 Bowl of Grapes – 51 calories
  • 1 Snickers Bar – 250 calories
  • Total 9:30 am Breakfast Calories = 321 (179 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 12:30 pm Snack (100 + 9:30 am Breakfast leftover = 279 calories allotted)

  • 1/3 Bottle of Brisk Strawberry Melon Juice – 64 calories
  • 1/2 Large Peach – 35 calories
  • Total 12:30 pm Snack = 99 (180 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 2:30 pm Snack (100 + 12:30 pm Snack leftover = 280 calories allotted)

  • 2/3 Bottle of Brisk Strawberry Melon Juice – 127 calories
  • Total 2:30 pm Snack Calories = 127 (153 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 4:30 pm Lunch (500 + 2:30 am Snack leftover = 653 calories allotted)

  • 12 oz of Sunkist Strawberry Lemonade – 160 calories
  • 2 Slices of Meatloaf – 298
  • 1/2 Lg. Peach – 35 calories
  • Total 4:30 pm Lunch Calories = 493 (160 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 6:30 pm Dinner (500 + 4:30 pm Lunch leftover = 660 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 6:30 pm Dinner Calories = 0 (660 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 8:30 pm Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 8:30 pm Snack Calories = 0 (100 calories under allotment)

Friday, 10:00 pm Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
