My Daily Food Diary – Day 86

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 8, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 9 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 15.

AM Notes

MONDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Monday, 8:45 am Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • 1 Bottle of Blackberry ICE Flavored Water – 5 calories
  • 4 Savoritz Crackers – 70 calories
  • Total 8:45 am Snack Calories = 75 (25 calories under allotment)

Monday, 10:53 am Snack (100 + 8:45 am Snack leftover = 125 calories allotted)

  • 1 Bottle of Blackberry ICE Flavored Water – 5 calories
  • 3 Savoritz Crackers – 52.5 calories
  • 1/2 Large Peach – 35 calories
  • Total 10:53 am Snack = 92.5 (32.5 calories under allotment)

Monday, 3:00 pm Lunch (500 + Missed Breakfast + 10:53 am Snack leftover = 1,032.5 calories allotted)

  • 12 oz of Sunkist Strawberry Lemonade – 160 calories
  • 1 Marie Callender’s Red Chilli Chicken Burrito Bowl – 360 calories
  • 7 Tortilla Chips – 150 calories
  • 2 Tbsp. of Mild Salsa – 10 calories
  • 1 Bowl of Grapes – 102 calories
  • Total 3:00 pm Lunch Calories = 454.5 (578 calories under allotment)

Monday, 5:00 pm Snack (100 + 3:00 pm Lunch leftover = 678 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 5:00 pm Snack Calories = 0 (678 calories under allotment)

Monday, 7:00 pm Snack (100 + 5:00 pm leftover = 778 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 7:00 pm Snack Calories = 0 (778 calories under allotment)

Monday, 10:00 pm Dinner (500 + 7:00 pm leftover = 1,278 calories allotted)

  • 2 Frozen Strawberry Juice Bars – 120 calories
  • 1 XL Beef and Bean Burrito – 680 calories
  • Total 10:00 pm Snack Calories = 800 (478 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 75 + 92.5 + 454.5 + 0 + 0 + 800 = 1,422 as of 10:05 pm.
