— MY FOOD MEMO FOR WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2020 —
So, I got up at what I thought was late for work this morning. Fast forward to… I’m about to get into the car and then I look at my phone to check my schedule. It turns out that I was not scheduled to work today. I rushed in getting ready and was sweating like a pig. I think I relaxed too much, though, because I kind of over ate the rest of the day and didn’t have my usual exercise of walking around at work. That’s going to cost me on the scale.
My Daily Food Diary – Day 88
Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 8, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 9 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 15.
AM Notes
- Take morning meds.
- Take daily vitamins. I take a Nutrilite Women’s Pack everyday.
- Listen to music.
- Post a daily devotional.
- Update my portfolio.
- Serve up some psychology on a Mental Platter.
- Manage Courses.
- Work the party (’cause when we work, it’s a party).

Wednesday, 8:45 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted)
- 3 Cups of Captain Crunch Cereal – 450 calories
- 1/2 Cup of 2% Milk – 60 calories
- Total 8:45 am Breakfast Calories = 510 (10 calories over allotment)
Wednesday, 2:00 pm Lunch (500 + 2 Missed Snacks – Breakfast overage = 690 calories allotted)
- 1/4 Brick of Cheddar Cheese – 180 calories
- 1 Pkg of Ramen Noodles – 390 calories
- Total 2:00 pm Lunch = 570 (120 calories under allotment)
Wednesday, 4:00 pm Snack (100 + 2:00 am Lunch leftover = 220 calories allotted)
- 24 oz of Cranberry Ginger Ale – 280 calories
- Total 4:00 pm Snack Calories = 280 (60 calories over allotment)
Tuesday, 6:00 pm Snack (100 – 4:00 pm Snack overage = 40 calories allotted)
- 24 oz of Cranberry Ginger Ale – 280 calories
- Total 6:00 pm Snack Calories = 280 (240 calories over allotment)
Tuesday, 8:00 pm Dinner (500 – 4:00 pm Snack overage = 260 calories allotted)
- 1 Medium Fry From Burger King – 380 calories
- 1 Original Chicken Sandwich From Burger King – 660 calories
- Total 8:00 pm Dinner Calories = 1,040 (780 calories over allotment)
Tuesday, 10:00 pm Snack (0 calories allotted)
- None – 0 calories
- Total 10:00 pm Snack Calories = 0 (0 calories under allotment)
Total Calories Consumed: 510 + 570 + 280 + 280 + 1,040 + 0 = 2,680 as of 9:12 pm.
