Skipped a few meals today. Made up for overeating yesterday. Didn’t feel hungry, which is surprising.

My Daily Food Diary – Day 89

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 8, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 9 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 15.

AM Notes

THURSDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Thursday, 1:30 pm Lunch (500 + Missed Breakfast + 2 missed Snacks = 1,200 calories allotted)

When I got to work today, there were cupcakes with “Happy Birthday” and my name on them. My boss thought it was my birthday weekend. Actually, my birthday is October 14th. So, a little early, but I still ate a cupcake to celebrate and thank her. Even though I was celebrating, I did not use that as an excuse to eat three cupcakes instead of one. That felt nice as the day went on. I was glad that I was moderate in my eating. Oh, and by the way, I lost one pound so far this week. By Saturday, I hope it’s two.

  • 1 Small Cupcake – 131 calories
  • 2 oz of Almond Milk – 20 calories
  • Total 1:30 pm Lunch Calories = 151 (1,049 calories under allotment)

Thursday, 3:30 pm Snack (100 + 1:30 pm Lunch leftover = 1,149 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Snickers Ice Cream Bar – 250 calories
  • 2 Pkgs. of Strawberry Fruit Snacks – 160 calories
  • Total 3:30 pm Snack Calories = 410 (739 calories under allotment)

Thursday, 6:30 pm Snack (100 + 3:30 pm Snack leftover = 839 calories allotted)

  • 12 oz of Ginger Ale – 140 calories
  • Total 6:30 pm Snack Calories = 140 (699 calories under allotment)

Thursday, 8:30 pm Snack (100 + 6:30 pm Snack leftover = 799 calories allotted)

  • 1 Stick of Sugar Free Watermelon Extra Gum – 5 calories
  • Total 8:30 pm Snack Calories = 5 (794 calories under allotment)

Thursday, 9:30 pm Dinner (500 + 8:30 pm Snack leftover = 1,294 calories allotted)

  • 12 oz of Ginger Ale – 140 calories
  • 1 Can of Chicken Pot Pie Soup – 380 calories
  • Total 9:30 pm Dinner Calories = 520 (774 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 151 + 410 + 140 + 5 + 520 = 1,226 as of 9:41 pm.
