— MY FOOD MEMO FOR FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, 2020 —
Woke up to the sound of my phone ringing. A peer support person on the other end. Debated going back to sleep after that call that interrupted my slumber that started just four hours earlier. Decided to do something creative instead. I’m glad about it. Here’s what a sleepyhead turned up:
My Daily Food Diary – Day 90
Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 8, I weighed in at 250 pounds – exactly the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 9 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 15.
AM Notes
- Take morning meds.
- Take daily vitamins. I take a Nutrilite Women’s Pack everyday.
- Listen to music.
- Post a daily devotional.
- Update my portfolio.
- Serve up some psychology on a Mental Platter.
- Manage Courses.
- Work the party (’cause when we work, it’s a party).
FRIDAY FOOD & DRINKS
Friday, 12:30 pm Lunch (500 + Missed Breakfast + 2 missed Snacks = 1,200 calories allotted)
- 8 oz of Almond Milk – 80 calories
- 3 Pcs. of French Toast With Margarine and Syrup – 480 calories
- Total 12:30 pm Lunch Calories = 560 (640 calories under allotment)
Friday, 2:30 pm Snack (100 + 12:30 pm Lunch leftover = 740 calories allotted)
- 1 Stick of Sugar Free Watermelon Extra Gum – 5 calories
- Total 2:30 pm Snack Calories = 5 (735 calories under allotment)
Friday, 4:30 pm Snack (100 + 2:30 pm Snack leftover = 835 calories allotted)
- 1 Can of Peaches – 350 calories
- 2 Cups of Cottage Cheese – 360 calories
- Total 4:30 pm Snack Calories = 710 (125 calories under allotment)
Friday, 6:30 pm Dinner (500 + 4:30 pm Snack leftover = 625 calories allotted)
- 12 oz of Lemonade – 140 calories
- 2 Barbeque Ribs – 150 calories
- Total 6:30 pm Dinner Calories = 290 (335 calories under allotment)
Friday, 8:00 pm Snack (100 + 6:30 pm Dinner leftover = 435 calories allotted)
- None – 0 calories
- Total 8:00 pm Snack Calories = 0 (435 calories under allotment)
Total Calories Consumed: 560 + 5 + 710 + 290 + 0 = 1,565 as of 6:27 pm.
