My Daily Food Diary – Day 91

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 15, I weighed in at 248 pounds – 2 pounds less than the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 11 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 22.

AM Notes

SATURDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Saturday, 5:20 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted)

  • 8 oz of Almond Milk – 80 calories
  • 3 Cups of Frosted Flakes Cereal – 450 calories
  • Total 5:20 am Breakfast Calories = 530 (30 calories over allotment)
  • Today off from work. Went back to sleep after breakfast.

Saturday, 2:00 pm Snack (100 + Missed Lunch + 2 Missed Snacks – Breakfast overage = 770 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Small Bowl of Cherries – 90 calories
  • 1 Small Bowl of Grapes – 51 calories
  • Total 2:00 pm Snack Calories = 141 (629 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 5:00 pm Dinner (500 + 1 Missed Snack + 2:00 pm Snack leftover = 1,229 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 5 Honey BBQ Bone in Wings – 500 calories
  • 1 Pc. of Pepperoni Pizza – 350 calories
  • Total 5:00 pm Dinner Calories = 850 (379 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 9:00 pm Snack (100 + 5:00 pm Dinner leftover = 479 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 2 Frozen Strawberry Juice Bars – 120 calories
  • Total 9:00 pm Snack Calories = 120 (479 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 530 + 141 + 850 + 120 = 1,641 as of 11:09 pm.
