My Daily Food Diary – Day 92

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 15, I weighed in at 248 pounds – 2 pounds less than the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 11 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 22.

AM Notes

SUNDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Sunday, 9:45 am Snack (100 calories allotted): at work

  • 2 Snack Sized Orange Strawberry Sunny D – 100 calories
  • 1 Stick of Sugar Free Watermelon Extra Gum – 5 calories
  • Total 9:45 am Snack Calories = 105 (5 calories over allotment)

Sunday, 12:00 pm Lunch (500 + Missed Breakfast + 1 Missed Snack – 9:45 am Snack overage = 1,095 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Snack Sized Orange Strawberry Sunny D – 50 calories
  • 1 Snickers Ice Cream Bar – 250 calories
  • Total 12:00 pm Lunch Calories = 300 (795 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 4:00 pm Dinner (500 + 12:00 pm Lunch leftover = 1,295 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Plate of Chicken Pasta – 600 calories
  • Total 4:00 pm Dinner Calories = 600 (695 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 6:00 pm Snack (100 + 4:00 pm Dinner leftover = 795 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • Tortilla Chips – 150 calories
  • 1/2 Snack Apple Pie – 195 calories
  • Total 6:00 pm Snack Calories = 345 (450 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 7:00 pm Snack (100 + 6:00 pm Snack leftover = 550 calories allotted)

  • 1 Can of Very Cherry Mixed Fruit – 210 calories
  • 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese – 180 calories
  • Total 7:00 pm Snack Calories = 390 (160 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 8:00 pm Snack (100 + 7:00 pm Snack leftover = 260 calories allotted)

  • Tortilla Chips – 300 calories
  • Total 8:00 pm Snack Calories = 300 (40 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 105 + 300 + 600 + 345 + 390 + 300 = 2,040 as of 7:22 pm.
