— MY FOOD MEMO FOR MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2020

I’ve been craving cheese puffs, my essential weakness where I eat the whole bag of puffs in one sitting. I haven’t had any for almost three weeks. I’ve also been under 2,000 calories for a while and I’ve even lost two pounds. But I really want some cheese puffs. I just can’t seem to make myself eat just a few of them. I almost bought some today at work, but I didn’t give in. I knew that if I did, I would eat them all on my lunch break.

My Daily Food Diary – Day 93

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 15, I weighed in at 248 pounds – 2 pounds less than the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 11 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 22.

Monday, 1:10 pm Snack (100 + Missed Breakfast + 2 Missed Snacks = 800 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Frozen Strawberry Juice Bar – 130 calories
  • 1 Stick of Sugar Free Watermelon Extra Gum – 5 calories
  • Total 1:10 pm Snack Calories = 135 (670 calories under allotment)

Monday, 3:00 pm Lunch (500 + 1:10 pm Snack leftover = 1,170 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Original Chicken Sandwich from Burger King – 660
  • Total 3:00 pm Lunch Calories = 660 (510 calories under allotment)

Monday, 6:00 pm Snack (100 + 3:00 pm Lunch leftover = 610 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Stick of Sugar Free Watermelon Extra Gum – 5 calories
  • Total 6:00 pm Snack Calories = 5 (605 calories under allotment)

Monday, 8:00 pm Dinner (500 + 6:00 pm Snack leftover = 1,105 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 8:00 pm Dinner Calories = 0 (810 calories under allotment)

Sunday, 10:00 pm Snack (100 + 8:00 pm Dinner leftover = 910 calories allotted)

  • None – 0 calories
  • Total 8:00 pm Snack Calories = 0 (910 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 135 + 660 + 5 + 0 + 0 = 800 as of 6:48 pm.
