I don’t know what happened to yesterday’s post. For some reason it did not publish and it’s not in my drafts. Who knows? Also, my web design class orientation starts next week on Monday. When class is in full swing 5 days a week nightly and I am still working during the day, I might not have time to post my daily blogs every day. I might have to do summaries every couple of days. So, stay tuned if you don’t see a post every night at 10:00 pm or every morning at 7:00 if you read my devotionals.

So, I’ve been craving cheese puffs. I finally bought some today. I managed to eat half the bag and give the rest to my son. Just get them out of my sight. That’s what I had to do to keep from eating the whole bag. Fortunately, or unfortunately, I bought two bags!

My Daily Food Diary – Day 95

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 15, I weighed in at 248 pounds – 2 pounds less than the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 11 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 22.

WEDNESDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Wednesday, 8:40 am Snack (100 + Missed Breakfast = 600 calories allotted): at work

  • 1 Sugar Free Strawberry Jell-O Snack Cup – 70 calories
  • 2 Sticks of Sugar Free Watermelon Extra Gum – 10 calories
  • Total 8:40 am Snack Calories = 80 (520 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 11:30 am Lunch (500 + 1 Missed Snack + 8:40 pm Snack leftover = 1,120 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Frozen Strawberry Juice Bar – 130 calories
  • 2 Sticks of Sugar Free Watermelon Extra Gum – 10 calories
  • Total 11:30 am Lunch Calories = 140 (980 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 2:00 pm Snack (100 + 11:30 am Lunch leftover = 1,080 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Bottle of Brisk Fruit Punch – 90 calories
  • 1/2 Bag of Cheese Puffs – 525 calories
  • Total 2:00 pm Snack Calories = 615 (465 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 4:00 pm Dinner (500 + 2:00 pm Snack leftover = 965 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Bottle of Brisk Fruit Punch – 90 calories
  • 1 Baked Potato With Margarine – 250
  • 1 Salad With Dressing – 230
  • Total 4:00 pm Dinner Calories = 570 (395 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 7:00 pm Snack (100 + 4:00 pm Dinner leftover = 495 calories allotted)

  • 5 Rice Rolls – 190 calories
  • Total 7:00 pm Snack Calories = 190 (305 calories under allotment)

Wednesday, 8:00 pm Snack (100 + 7:00 pm Snack leftover = 405 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Cup of Trail Mix – 340 calories
  • Total 8:00 pm Snack Calories = 340 (65 calories under allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 80 + 140 + 615 + 570 + 190 + 340 = 1,935 as of 11:17 pm.
