When class is in full swing 5 days a week nightly (beginning August 24th), and I am still working during the day, I might not have time to post my daily blogs every day. I might have to do summaries every couple of days. So, stay tuned if you don’t see a post every night at 10:00 pm or every morning at 7:00 if you read my devotionals.

My Daily Food Diary – Day 96

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 15, I weighed in at 248 pounds – 2 pounds less than the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 11 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 22.

AM Notes

THURSDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Thursday, 9:00 am Breakfast (500 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Small Hot Chocolate – 194 calories
  • 1 Blueberry Muffin – 467 calories
  • Total 9:00 am Snack Calories = 661 (161 calories over allotment)

Thursday, 2:00 pm Lunch (500 + 2 Missed Snacks – 9:00 am Breakfast overage = 539 calories allotted)

  • 16 oz of Lemonade – 160 calories
  • 2 Flaky Layers Honey Biscuits – 340 calories
  • 4 Pcs. of Summer Sausage – 240 calories
  • Total 11:30 am Lunch Calories = 740 (201 calories under allotment)

Thursday, 7:15 pm Snack (100 + 2:00 pm Lunch leftover = 301 calories allotted)

  • 12 oz of Lemonade – 120 calories
  • 3/4 Bag of Cheese Puffs – 750 calories
  • Total 7:15 pm Snack Calories = 870 (569 calories over allotment)

Thursday, 8:30 pm Dinner (500 + 1 Missed Snack – 7:15 pm Snack overage = 31 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Cup of Vegetables – 118
  • 1/2 Cup of Sausage – 112.5
  • Total 2:00 pm Snack Calories = 230.5 (205 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 661 + 740 + 870 + 230.5 = 2,501.5 as of 8:55 pm.
