— MY FOOD MEMO FOR FRIDAY, AUGUST 21, 2020

When class is in full swing 5 days a week nightly (beginning August 24th), and I am still working during the day, I might not have time to post my daily blogs every day. I might have to do summaries every couple of days. So, stay tuned if you don’t see a post every night at 10:00 pm or every morning at 7:00 if you read my devotionals.

My Daily Food Diary – Day 97

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 15, I weighed in at 248 pounds – 2 pounds less than the weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 11 pounds and gained 9 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 22.

AM Notes

FRIDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Friday, 10:30 am Breakfast (500 + 1 Missed Snack = 600 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 3 Cups of Captain Crunch Cereal – 450 calories
  • 1 cup of 2% Milk – 120 calories
  • Total 10:30 am Breakfast Calories = 670 (70 calories over allotment)

Friday, 3:30 pm Lunch (500 + 2 Missed Snacks – 10:30 am Breakfast overage = 630 calories allotted): at work

  • 1/2 Bottle of Orange Strawberry Sunny D – 150 calories
  • 30 Chicken Crackers – 280 calories
  • Total 3:30 pm Lunch Calories = 430 (200 calories under allotment)

Friday, 7:00 pm Dinner (500 + 1 Missed Snack + 3:30 pm Lunch leftover = 800 calories allotted)

  • 1/2 Bottle of Orange Strawberry Sunny D – 150 calories
  • 2 Baked Potatoes With Margarine – 275 calories
  • 1 oz of Cream Cheese – 100 calories
  • 1/2 Cup of Chicken – 167.5 calories
  • Total 6:45 pm Dinner Calories = 800 (0 calories under allotment)

Friday, 11:30 pm Snack (100 calories allotted)

  • 1 1/2 Boxes of Chicken Crackers – 1,470 (Binge watched Whitney Houston documentary. Got a little lost with the crackers.)
  • Total 11:30 pm Snack Calories = 1,470 (1,370 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 670 + 430 + 800 + 1,470 = 3,370 as of 11:54 pm.
