— MY FOOD MEMO FOR SATURDAY, AUGUST 22, 2020

When class is in full swing 5 days a week nightly (beginning August 24th), and I am still working during the day, I might not have time to post my daily blogs every day. I might have to do summaries every couple of days. So, stay tuned if you don’t see a post every night at 10:00 pm or every morning at 7:00 if you read my devotionals.

My Daily Food Diary – Day 98

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 22, I weighed in at 250 pounds – the same weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 11 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 29.

AM Notes

SATURDAY FOOD & DRINKS

Saturday, 12:00 pm Lunch (500 + Missed Breakfast + 2 Missed Snacks = 1,200 calories allotted)

  • 1/4 L of Water – 0 calories
  • 1 Turkey Bologna Sandwich – 250 calories
  • 2 Slices of Watermelon – 170 calories
  • Total 12:00 pm Lunch Calories = 420 (780 calories under allotment)

Saturday, 2:20 pm Snack (100 + 12:00 pm Lunch leftover = 880 calories allotted)

  • 8 oz of 2% Milk – 120 calories
  • 6 Chocolate Chip Cookies – 900 calories
  • Total 2:20 pm Lunch Calories = 1,020 (140 calories over allotment)

Total Calories Consumed: 420 + 1,020 = 1,440 as of 4:03 pm.

Decided to stop counting calories after 3 pm and have a free dinner to take one last breather before jumping in to Full Stack Web Development school which starts for me on Monday. Tonight, I am going to have Chinese food with lots of fried rice and spring rolls, Beijing chicken and a glazed donut for dessert. I’m sure that’s well over 1,000 calories, but who’s counting?
