started dieting on May 15, 2020. Welcome to day 100 of my weight loss journey. If you like my blogs, send me a tip. Thanks!

When class is in full swing 5 days a week nightly (beginning today, August 24th), and I am still working during the day, I might not have time to post my daily blogs every day. I might have to do summaries every couple of days. So, stay tuned if you don’t see a post every night at 10:00 pm or every morning at 7:00 if you read my devotionals.

Day 100

Current Weigh In: As of Saturday, August 22, I weighed in at 250 pounds – the same weight I was after finding out I was misreading my scale. I have lost 13 pounds and gained 11 pounds. My next weigh in is Saturday, August 29.

AM Notes

I thought yesterday would be my last free, no-diet day for a while, but I had to celebrate today – this is my centennial day! Today marks 100 days that I have been dieting, and I am still at the same weight as when I started. That may not sound like a grand achievement, but I managed not to gain ten pounds eating whatever I wanted. Also, my full-stack web design school orientation starts tonight. I probably won’t have time time to make more updates to this blog before it’s a very late at night. I decided that this week, instead of dieting, I am going to focus on feeding my brain. That’s not counting calories but training myself for the long haul of having night school five days a week for the next 2-4 years in addition to my other commitments.

Here’s what I did yesterday before becoming an Independent Udemy Instructor.

Here’s a big change coming to my daily 10 pm weight loss journey blog. Since My Psych Teacher is now incorporated as a Limited Liability Company, I need to separate my personal life from the business accounts. This also means moving my personal blog from the company site. I recently commandeered for the courses from My Psych Teacher University – a division of My Psych Teacher LLC. Now, is reserved for the parent company.

So, as of tonight, I am moving my weight loss journey blog from to my personal website at Just click the blog link in the navigation header as I might not always feature my weight loss posts. Don’t forget to subscribe via email for updates. I will still blog here, but it will be business related.

My personal blog at is a portfolio where I have collected most of many (and not near all) of my design works from the past two decades. I update this site whenever I create something new. I hope you will take some time to browse my portfolio archive and see what I have created. If you like what you see, feel free to leave me a tip or hire me for your next project.

Best of Mental Health and Wellness,
